Dickerson Real Estate was founded in 2014 by David Dickerson, Broker. Dave was a successful Realtor for 23 years – real estate was his passion. With his infectious smile, love of laughter, and “live life to the fullest” attitude, Dave never met a stranger. More than anything he loved to laugh and spend time with family. He and his wife, Sherry, were married for 42 years before Dave passed in June 2019.
Dave was born and raised in Stephenville, graduated from Tarleton State University, and also served our country. While at Tarleton, he was in the Corps of Cadets serving in the Wainwright Rifle Corp. After graduation, he joined the U.S. Army where he served in the EOD for over 8 years and became a Lieutenant Colonel.
Dave was active in the Stephenville community, as well as the Stephenville Rotary Club, Knights of Pythias, and Turnbow-Higgs American Legion Post 240. He was also a proud sponsor of the TSU Rifle Team and TSU Alumni Association, and was a longtime member of the First United Methodist Church in Stephenville.
Paula Donaho has been a Stephenville resident since 1992. Paula is a native Texan and grew up in Fort Worth. She and her husband of 35 years, Chuck, and 2 daughters Kailey and Sharidan, each with their spouse and young family, live in the area and enjoy the hometown atmosphere Stephenville and Bluff Dale offers.
Paula jumped into real estate feet first in 2002 when she joined the office of Broker David Dickerson, learning all aspects of Farm & Ranch, Commercial and Residential sales. After many great years of working with David, it came to a quick halt in July of 2019 as he became ill and passed. In 2020, during the pandemic and one of the busiest years in real estate, Paula began the journey of working towards her broker license. In November she received that designation and shortly afterward started Donaho Real Estate Group. Paula is blessed to be surrounded by a wonderful group of agents who are knowledgeable and stay informed with continued education and training in the real estate field. They are enthusiastic and passionate about serving their clients in the buying and selling process.
As a real estate professional, Paula strives every day to diligently work for each of her clients, providing the highest level of customer service, individualized attention, and knowledge of contract and negotiation skills to help buyers and sellers make the most out of their transactions. Paula is licensed in the state of Texas and enjoys working in all areas of Erath and surrounding counties. She is honest, upfront, and hard working.
